Kelly Moore is the mother, Aisling/Tucker Moore (AKA Wyn Reed) is the actress/subject of the podcast. Kelly and her husband divorced, and although the father tried to fight for custody of Aisling, he gave up when the courts stonewalled him and awarded full custody to Mom who moved the daughter up to Oregon.

Aisling was raised by her now single Mom. Admitted to USC, Aisling had a boyfriend who ditched her, afterwards she accused him of rape and tried to get him expelled/charged as vengeance. We know how little evidence it takes to do this (none due to VAWA–testimony is evidence) but he successfully fought off the accusations with hard proof that she consensually engaged with him, to the point where he sued her for libel.

What Aisling then did is start a supposedly successful movement for female victims of sexual violence, and according to dateline was all over the MSM including CNN. Nobody seemed to criticize how flawed her case was, and that it was clear libel on her part. Basically pulled an Amber Herd and got away with it.

With all of this attention she and her mother moved on to the next target, her uncle/mom’s brother. First they conned the elderly grandmother into reverse mortgages on the properties which likely went to Mom and Aisling. The brother caught on to this and fought back, but he was then hit with a restraining order against Aisling based on her fears and reports.

He still continued to fight to the point where even grandma wanted to secure something for him by making sure he keeps half of one of the properties (the ranch) but instead the Mom and Aisling seem to lure him over and then shoot him dead in cold blood. The podcast plays the recordings of her and her mom, and if you have ever encountered these people in the flesh, there is a certain way that psychopaths sound when they act, and this is it. In the end their stories were found to be lies (made up self defense) when it is found out that Aisling actually recorded the murder on her cellphone with the hand that did not have the gun in it…

The Outcome

The trial portion follows, but the end result is that the DA caves in and offers a 2nd degree manslaughter plea with 6 years, including time served. The murderer will be getting out in 2024. The DA cites the fact that the young, attractive actress will probably be able to pull the wool over the jurors and likely walk if they go to trial. And…probably right.

If you have listened to all of the Dateline episodes in the last decade you’ll see that a man in this position is almost always immediately thrown in jail, charged with first degree murder, and often jailed 25 to life. This is after sitting in jail for years awaiting trial. The Mom, who is in a clear circumstantial position to be the mastermind, walks without a single charge filed.

And if you think she was content with what is essentially getting away with murder with a slap on the wrist, in 2020 she was charged with drug possession in prison.
